Single family home Mold Inspection rates start at $375.00 including a detailed report, all photos, Limited moisture, temperature and humidity readings etc.

Two family Home Mold Inspection rates start at $475.00 including a detailed report, all photos, limited moisture, temperature and humidity readings etc.

If necessary fees for mold Testing start at 3 samples for $250.00,  6 samples for $500.00 9 samples for $750.00

We follow the standards of practice established by (NAMRI) the National association of Mold Remediators and Inspectors.

All home inspections are performed by a (CRMI)Certified residential Mold Inspector

***(Your Inspections fees will be credited towards your remediation fees if you hire      (Bio-Tech Restoration)



​Commercial Mold Inspection:
Rates start at $475.00 Fees are based on a clients needs and expectations, scope of work, etc

If necessary fees for mold testing start at 3 samples for $250.00, 6 samples for $500.00 and 9 samples for $750.00

All commercial mold inspections are performed by a (CCMI) Certified Commercial Mold Inspector

Mold Remediation:
Successful Mold remediation can be complex and time consuming depending on the affected areas and the intended use of that area. Mold remediation can not take place until the moisture problem that led to the mold has been repaired.
Bio-Tech Restoration has the experience to ensure that the underlying causes of the mold problem has been found and what proper remediation efforts are called for. Due to the complexity and individuality of each remediation project, Prices vary widely.

Mold Remediation $400.00 per hour (all inclusive).
Water Removal and Extrication $400.00 per hour (all Inclusive).
Demolition and Removal $125.00 per hour.
Prep, covering and moving of furniture and belongings $100.00 Per hour (all inclusive).
Pre Remediation Mold Testing  3 for $250.00, 6 for $500.00, 9 for $750.00.
Post Remediation Mold testing 3 for $250.00, 6 for $500.00, 9 for $750.00.
Waste Removal Fees vary by weight and location.
